New Accounts: We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover & American Express to expedite your orders.

Open Accounts: Upon approval of a Commercial Credit Application, we will set up a 30 day account in your name. Our terms are net 30 days.

Note: Accounts not used (inactive) for 6 months will be closed (unless special arrangements are arranged).

Special Credit Lines Available- 90 days no interest and 6 months no interest

Special Note: Equipment and service repairs must be paid in full at time of purchase. These are not eligible for open account.

Overdue Accounts: Freight Rebates or quantity discounts are not allowed if you have invoices open over 30 days. Accounts overdue 45 days will be placed on Credit Hold.

Service Charges: An account is past due 31 days from invoice date. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be charged on all past due accounts.

Inactive Accounts: Accounts not ordering for 6 months are considered inactive and will become Credit Card only until a new credit application is submitted and processed for approval.

COD Shipments are available in special circumstances.

Back Orders:

As hard as we try, there are times when we must back order items you want. We maintain a back order file and will ship items to you as soon as they become available. If you do not want back orders shipped, please inform us and we will mark your records accordingly.

Prices: We strive to keep our prices accurate. However, due to unexpected Vendor price increases, published prices are subject to change without notice. We will invoice the merchandise at prices prevailing at time of shipment.

Equipment Warranty:

All equipment is sold with a factory warranty. Should a problem arise, we ask that you return the defective item so that we may forward it to the manufacturer. To avoid costly down time, we will ship and bill you for a replacement part. When the factory approves the part under the terms of the stated warranty, we will credit your account for the price or the replacement item. In the event that the factory does not cover the replacement under warranty, we will inform you of the reason why and appeal their decision, if so desired. In the event that the warranty is still denied, we will process the replacement part invoice for payment.

Returns: No merchandise may be returned without first obtaining "written merchandise authorization" (RMA). Please advise us of the invoice number, invoice date and reason for your desire to return. Any authorized merchandise must be carefully packed and in saleable condition to be accepted for credit or refund. A 20% restocking charge is applied on all returned products when error is not our fault. All returned merchandise must be shipped insured and freight prepaid.

Out of Stock, Back Orders: We cannot guarantee availability of all products listed in this catalog. Should an item be out of stock, we will recommend a comparable product that you can use. In addition we will notify you regarding date of availability of the desired product with an estimated "in-stock" date.

Special Orders: Pembertons will gladly order items for you that we do not stock. These items will be ordered for you in factory standard packaging only, on a non-returnable basis.

DISCOUNTS

Discount: Discounts, including Freight Rebate allowance, are based strictly on timely payments made on current accounts. When invoices are not paid within stated terms, or account is not current, discounts and freight rebates will not be allowed.

The Freight Rebate program is for in-stock chemical purchases only, and does not apply to non-inventory or out of stock items:

Your may deduct standard shipping charges from chemical orders if: 1)Your order meets purchase volume for your shipping zone, and ...

2) Your pay by cash, check, credit card or money order within stated terms.

NOTE: Special shipping charges such as Air, Fed Ex, and hazard fees are not deductible.
