Prices: Published prices are subject to change without notice. We will invoice merchandise at prices prevailing at time of shipment. We are not responsible for errors or omissions in this catalog.
Open Accounts: Upon approval of a Commercial Credit Application, we will set up the account. Our terms are NET 30 DAYS from invoice date. No discounts honored if any invoices on the account remain unpaid 40 days past invoice date.
Service Charges: An account is past due 31 days from invoice date. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be charged on all past due accounts. Past due accounts will be set to Credit Hold 45 days past invoice date.
Inactive Accounts: Accounts not ordering for 6 months are considered inactive and will require credit card payment until a new Commercial Credit Application is submitted and approved.
We accept approved business checks, electronic transfer, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover (credit or debit cards).
Non-Stock, Back Orders: Not all products listed in this catalog or our online store are in stock locally. Should you wish to order an item that is not in stock locally, you will be contacted immediately with the estimated delivery date from our regional warehouse.
Special Orders: Pembertons will gladly order items for you that are not stocked locally. These items will be ordered for you in factory standard packaging, on a pre-paid basis (cash, approved business check, credit card or charged to your approved Commercial Credit Account within stated terms) and will be shipped directly from the regional warehouse.

We will deduct standard shipping charges from qualifing orders if:
1) The order meets the purchase volume requirement of $350. of in stock, qualifing merchandise, and ...
2) Payment is by cash, approved business check, credit card or charged to your approved Commercial Credit Account and paid within stated terms.
3) Special Note: Special shipping charges such as Air, Express Delivery, and Hazard Fees are not deductible.
Our primary zone covers — PA, OH, WV, NY, MD, NJ, DE, VA, KY, MI, IN
No merchandise may be returned without first obtaining an authorization (RMA#). Returned items must have the RMA# and date, legibly written on the outside of each package. You are responsible to pack the return so that it will arrive in good condition. The return must arrive at Pembertons within 14 days or the current RMA# will become void. Items returned for restocking will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
