Odorcide Fresh Scent works really well. Something about the smell of it just tells me it is doing its job each time I apply it. And the results speak for themselves. It is a great value with very economical dilution rates as well.
Flex high pH powdered detergent is my favorite prespray for tough jobs. It’s breaks through and emulsifies tough soils better than anything else I have worked with. The powder has a light orange fragrance, dissolves very well, has a nice consistency, and delivers excellent results every time.
I bought my first Dri-pods from the Pemberton’s. These fans are incredible. I use them on upholstery and carpets. The way these fans make air crawl over the surface of furniture in all directions is really something. They give me more confidence working on natural fibers that are prone to browning, they look very professional on-site in customers homes, and everyone likes faster dry times. They stack well in my van saving us precious space too. I highly recommend Dri-pods!
I have used Brite n Soft on wool carpets, upholstery ( for encapsulation cleaning and as a pre treatment for HWE) and in my Whittaker CRB on several commercial properties with great success. No harsh odors. Low dilution rates.
Had an apartment yesterday with a dog body odor that hit you as you walked in the door. I added 4 oz Wicked Awesome Odor Absorber to my prespray in the hydroforce to knock down some of the odor during cleaning. After cleaning and extraction with my truck mount, I post sprayed Wicked Awesome again and agitated with grooming brush.
When I checked the apartment today, there was absolutely no dog odor as you entered the apartment. I actually sat on the carpet where the dog slept and still no odor.
