Bridgepoint Systems Odor Sealer Urine & More eliminates strong odors on contact and seals surfaces to prevent stains from leeching into the top coat. Suitable for use on untreated wood, sheetrock, masonry, concrete, and other porous hard surfaces.

DIRECTIONS

1. Clean surface with appropriate cleaner based on surface requirements.
2. Thoroughly deodorize areas with direct spray or wet fogging of Hydrocide or other odor encapsulate.
3. Wait until surface is dry and apply Odor Sealer to seal in remaining odors and prevent stains from wicking to surface.
4. Test in a small area to determine proper bonding. Mix and apply like paint using brush, roller or airless sprayer. Two coats may be necessary on heavily stained or porous surfaces.
5. Odor Sealer dries clear, with a slight milky color. Once dry, surface may be painted, or carpet and tile installed.

Coverage: 100 (most porous) to 400 (least porous) sq. ft. per gallon.
